It’s a new beginning, and no one knows that better than me. First of all I would like to thank my staff for helping me through the last two months while I was healing from my broken hip. I know that my clients and I appreciated all their help and understanding during my leave. And yes, I have the best clients in the world. You all were very understanding and thank you for all the cards and calls they helped me get through the day. We all know how hard it is for me to sit and not be able to do much but heal, just ask my staff. Last, but not least, my husband Dennis took great care of me and told me on several occasions to rest and let Breanna, Peggy and Petra take care of things. And what a great job they all did!
Now it is a new beginning in seasons and so is it in hair. As I know all of you have noticed spring is coming alive. The grass is getting green and it is stay lighter longer. This is the time of year we all need a boost in our lives, shedding our heavy dark winter clothes and bringing out our spring clothes that are lighter in weight and color. This also applies to our hair and makeup. It is a great time to add a boost to your color with lighting it up with an overall color or add some highlights. Changing with a new cut and style adds life to our hair, making it lighter in weight and adding more texture makes us feel more alive. Taking away all the past of winter and adding a new you will make you feel like it is a new beginning.
Makeup is a great tool to use to bring spring in your life. Changing to lighter brighter colors in your blush and eye color will give you a great boost. Petra Dougherty is our makeup specialist and she can give you a new look using Mirabella makeup. Petra will show you how to get a bigger eye or add brightness to your face, a new glow. This year let’s bring spring in with a whole new look!
I can’t wait to introduce you to Redkens newest color line Chromatics! This color line is a zero ammonia color that also covers grey completely. The cuticle is enveloped in a layer of protective oil-based formula, allowing for active ingredients to be propelled into the cortex layer of the hair. The hair strand is 2X stronger than before the color service and is infused with multi-dimensional color. This new system fortifies hair with protein extracts and oil.
